Hello! I'm Kelli an experienced nanny with over five years of direct childcare experience with infants through teens, backed by a Master's in Social Work from MU. Having worked professionally as a school therapist and behavioral consultant, I view nannying through a holistic lens-focusing on emotional resilience, effective communication, and creative, age-appropriate play. Families value my ability to navigate challenging behaviors with patience and poise, manage daily transitions seamlessly, and foster a supportive, enriching environment. CPR/First Aid certified, adaptable, and passionate about child development, I look forward to partnering with a family to make daily life run smoother.
