My name is Kellie and I am am a dedicated and experienced special education professional with a Master's degree in Special Education and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Studies, along with a certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have spent several years working closely with children and individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and diverse learning needs in both classroom and individualized settings. My passion for this work comes from a deep belief that every unique individual deserves to feel understood, supported, and capable. I focus on building meaningful relationships, creating a sense of safety and trust, presuming competence, and meeting each person where they are. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, including epilepsy, cerebral palsy, behavioral challenges, communication differences (including AAC users), and social-emotional development.
