About Kellie

I'm a homeschool educator, tutor, and cognitive trainer with more than 10 years of experience helping students learn with confidence. I currently teach writing (IEW) and a 4th grade class in a classical homeschool community, and I especially enjoy working one on one with students who need a little extra patience or a different approach to make things click. I have experience tutoring and supporting students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, autism, and other learning differences. I believe tutoring should be tailored to the child, and there is not a one size fits all approach. I am comfortable helping or teaching reading, writing, grammar, elementary level math, study skills, and homeschool coursework. As a homeschool mom, I understand how helpful it can be to have another trusted adult step in for accountability, skill building, or simply to take some of the load off of the parent. My goal is to help your student reach their full, God given potential.
