Rating simply on professionalism as I received a cancellation going forward before even meeting. I was told that the other family she was working for had decided they would like to have her on the days I requested, after agreeing to help me. So disappointed as I have paid a lot of money for this app to find someone trustworthy and dependable . I guess I will have to keep trying elsewhere.
