About Kelis

Hi! I'm Kelis, and I'm passionate about helping children learn, grow, and feel loved. I'm a DCF certified teacher with nearly 3 years of experience as a lead preschool teacher, and 2 as a live-out nanny. I'm CPR & First Aid certified and have experience with children of all ages. My love for childcare started at a young age while caring for my nieces and nephew, and it grew into my career. I enjoy creating fun learning activities, reading, outdoor adventures, and helping children reach new milestones. I also have experience with meal preparation, homework help, hair care, and organization. I would describe myself as loving, reliable, energetic, patient, and nurturing. I'm looking for a family where I can build trust and provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Families can count on me to be dependable, communicate openly, and care for their children as if they were my own family.
