Kelsey worked for us for about a month - nannying our daughter for 3 or 4 days a week. I thought she was good with our daughter and I thought she had a good temperament and energy. Though, Within those 4 weeks she was late 3 times. On the fifth week, she ghosted us. Not a text back, not a phone call, nothing. For someone I welcomed into my home, and trusted very intimately with my daughter, I feel pretty disrespected and let down.
