About Keisha

I'd describe my personality as warm, loving, patient and reliable. I love to laugh and love to see people happy and smiling. When others describe me, they would say I am a hard working, passionate, understanding patient caregiver. I started caring for seniors when I was a senior in high school class of 2011. I have 15+ years of experience. I have worked in the hospital working with patients when they come out of surgery. After the patient comes to the unit, I would get them settle and assist with bathroom, making sure they are comfortable, vitals and more. I have been working with patients with dementia for about 15 years now. No it is not easy but a lot of patients is required. I take time to try and find what it is that they love and enjoy and try to add it to our daily activities. Yes I do dance with or for my patients if that makes them happy. Encourages them to stay active and keeping them motivated. Making them smile is why I do this
