Hello! My name is Keirsten and I am a 22-year-old recent college graduate! I attended Kent State University and majored in Nursing. I just recently relocated here to Florida and am super excited to find a new family down here! As far as experience goes, I truly do have experience with all ages of children. I am CPR and First Aid certified as well. I enjoy sharing my love of the outdoors and creativity/art with the children I nanny for. Keirsten was a no show. She confirmed the booking. I paid in full through the Care.com app prior to the booking. She didn't cancel and obviously was paid the money. I had her phone number and her info through the app and contacted her for follow up in both places. She didn't offer me the courtesy of a reply, nor a cancellation and she was paid for the job. This is not the kind of person I would want in my house around my family. This behavior is criminal and should not be allowed. I can see on the app that she read my messages on the Saturday she was supposed to work. So there isn't a question as to whether she received my messages about the job. Also it's been so difficult to get a response from Care.com to resolve this issue. The credit has not been issued as of this post
