About Keira

Hi! My name is Keira! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, trustworthy, and empathetic I like working with kids because I grew up with my mother as a babysitter! Kids are so much fun and I love getting to be part of their childhood. I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling and challenging. I started working with kids when I worked at an after school program in high school. I worked with children ranging from preschool to eighth grade! In my spare time, I like to read, journal, spend time with my friends at Ohio University, and craft. One thing you should know about me is I am the youngest in my family- I have four older sisters!- so I really understand sibling dynamics. I spent my childhood with the children my mother babysat, and eventually I babysat my own niece and nephew. Childcare has always been part of my life, and now I am studying to become a secondary education teacher! My skills include creating fun activities, preparing meals, and ensuring safety.
