I have over 8 years of experience working with children of all ages, starting in 2017 as a Behavior Technician, DSP, and PCA supporting kids with various needs, including those on the autism spectrum. I also have hands-on experience caring for my nieces and nephews, which has helped me build patience, creativity, and a strong understanding of child development. I'd describe myself as driven, caring, and resilient. I love working with kids because it's rewarding to see their personalities shine and know I'm making a positive impact. I'm looking for a reliable, respectful, and positive environment where I can use my experience to support children and families. In my spare time, I enjoy doing brows (I'm a licensed esthetician), going to the gym, spending time with family, friends, and my dog, and hanging out with my nieces and nephews.
