I sent her our address, and she confirmed again that she lived nearby and would see us the next day. When the agreed start time came and went, I checked in to ask if she was still coming. She never responded. Not showing up or sending any explanation was unprofessional and left us waiting. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking her.
