About Keilyn

I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children can thrive. I have experience caring for children from infancy to the teen years, both professionally and personally. Professionally, I worked with children aged 5-11 in a school setting for six months, providing therapy and educational support. Personally, I've cared for my nephew (ages 1-2) for a year, babysat my niece on weekends, and frequently looked after my boyfriend's siblings aged 10-15. I also have hands-on experience with children with special needs, particularly cerebral palsy, through caring for a family member for 5 years. With a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling in progress, I bring patience, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of child development. I believe a positive emotional environment is just as important as meeting daily needs, as it fosters connection, growth, and joy.
