About Keila

My goal is to be a friend, getting old can get lonely and hard, having extra assistance is what I am here for. I enjoy spending time & learning my different clients. I've learned this job takes patience & love & it's very rewarding being able to assist someone who is unable to do it themselves. I would describe my personality as sweet, funny & kind, but I can also put my foot down if needed - if client doesn't listen, but it prevents client from injury. I practice yoga & go to the gym, I found that balance/strength training are very important for older people and I have incorporated that into some patients routines, if requested. Days with me sound like an outing to lunch or making food at home, going to the book store or to look at the ocean, grocery shopping, going to the senior center, going to coffee shops, doctor's appts. I can help with petcare, watering plants, trash duties, and help clean up around the house - I can happily be your trusted helper. - Born and raised in RSM -
