About Keianna

Hi! My name is Keianna, and I have over 6 years of childcare experience working with children ages 10 months to 6 years old. I currently work in a childcare setting and am also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), giving me experience supporting children with special needs and helping them reach developmental milestones in a positive and nurturing environment. In addition to my professional experience, I regularly babysit for families and am comfortable managing daily routines, including preparing meals, feeding, naps, bath time, bedtime routines, educational activities, outdoor play, and outings when appropriate. I enjoy creating fun, engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and independence. I am patient, dependable, attentive, and passionate about providing a safe, caring environment where children can thrive and parents can feel confident their little ones are in good hands.
