Hellooo! I had a very particular bond with my own babysitter when I was a child; she was someone I looked up to. I strive to bring her kind, considerate example into my nanny employment. My experience with child care encompasses all age ranges, including those with special needs. Being a good role model for a child gives me so much pleasure. The development of relationships with children and their families is, in my opinion, the most rewarding aspect of caring for children. I particularly value the times when I can work with families to foster a child's development and be a vital part of that growth.
