I am a certified Behavioral Technician (BCAT) with previous RBT certification and 2-3 years of experience working one on one with children with autism, developmental delays, and related differences, including nonverbal and minimally verbal kids. My background includes supporting AAC communication, implementing behavior plans, and building daily living skills. I am patient and consistent, and I have gotten very good at reading nonverbal cues and meeting kids where they are. I am CPR certified, a non-smoker, comfortable with pets, and have my own car. I am looking for a position where I can be a dependable and trusted part of a child's routine.
