About Keerthana

I am a certified Behavioral Technician (RBT, BCAT) with 2-3 years of experience working with children from infancy through age 14, including nonverbal children and kids with developmental differences. Working in this field has taught me a lot of patience. A lot of the time when kids act out, they are just too young or do not have the words yet to say what they need, and I have gotten really good at reading that and responding calmly. I am comfortable with diaper changes, cleaning up messes, tantrums, and keeping up with multiple kids at once. I also have experience dog sitting and live with four cats, so pet-friendly homes are no problem. I genuinely love watching kids grow and pick up new things. It is a big part of why I keep coming back to this kind of work.
