Experience: 9 yrs
Hi there! I am a passionate, creative, caregiver who recently graduated with a Master's in Museum Education from the Bard Graduate Center here in NYC. I have nine years of professional experience working with children across a variety of fields. I have worked as a camp counselor for the YMCA, a preschool assistant, a private nanny, and currently work two days a week as a direct support professional providing respite care for a sweet 7-year-old. I am looking for more hours now that I've finished grad school- love nature, creativity, playing outside, soccer, and can always think of a game! I am great at cooking, and willing to do small housekeeping tasks like laundry and running errands. I am fully trained and certified in CPR/First Aid through my role as a DSP, as well as conflict resolution techniques, and have experience working with kiddos with special/additional needs.
Keelin has a lot of experience and is wonderful with children. She is both empathetic and playful. She has cared for my young son with disability for two years and he loves spending time with her!
