Since I was 15 years old, jobs working with children seem to have found me. I began babysitting for neighbors and friends in high school and did so intermittently through my teen years and into adulthood. I would be recommended by friends and co-workers and soon find myself surrounded by children nannying, babysitting or teaching. Recently, I was called again to work with children and became a Registered Behavior Therapist specializing in ABA therapy for children with autism. Parents and employers value my dedication and professionalism and often return to me for recurring work or to provide recommendation. I believe my gift for working with children stems from my creativity. I am able to connect with children of all ages because I listen and treat everyone with compassion and dignity. My experience with children has taught me to balance structure and fun in order to build trust. Above all, I am committed to your child's safety: physical, mental and emotional.

We have employed several babysitters for our three boys over the years and have come to know pretty quickly who is good at it. Keaton was magical—one of those people with a natural sense of how to deal with kids of all ages and also utterly responsible. At the time Keaton babysat, my three boys were aged 2, 5, and 9 (which can be a challenge!) and did so for about a year. To this day, she remains one of their (and our) favorite babysitters ever. She never seemed to have any trouble managing them even at their most challenging, and yet they all remember her as nothing but fun and kind. She also spoke in such a calm way, I don’t think I ever heard her raise her voice. She did a great job picking them up from school and taking them to activities if needed and never once had any issues. If we lived closer now, I would call her in a heartbeat.
