We love having Ke'Aria for our two girls! She finds fun things to do with them, both in the house and on outings, and I very much trust her to drive our vehicle with them. She communicates extremely well about scheduling, and she has been flexible and accommodating when we have needed her to stay late, work an extra day, etc. She has done everything we have asked her to do, she is a fast learner, and she has rolled with the punches really well when things have changed as our girls get bigger. Can't recommend her enough!
