We had a situation with my dad coming to the hospital and needed a fulltime caretaker in order to be released. KB came highly recommended from the same organization who helped when my mom was sick. My dad is 6'5" and 225 lbs, and had difficulty walking. After his release KB helped my dad get back on his feet after his stay in the hospital - even developing a rapport with him while driving him until he had enough strength to get back behind the wheel. I had great trust in KB, even while far away.
