I bring over eight years of experience in the healthcare field, with a strong focus on personal care and dementia support. For the past seven years, I have worked in a nursing home setting, where I provided compassionate, person-centered care to elderly residents. In addition to assisting with daily living activities, I organized and facilitated recreational programs aimed at enhancing quality of life and promoting emotional well-being. My approach prioritizes creating a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, comfortable, and at home.
