About Keaghan

Hi! My name is Keaghan, and I'm a student at Miami University studying International Studies. I originally began as a Zoology Pre-Med major, before I transitioned to my current field of study. I have a year of hands-on experience shadowing and assisting with vet work at a local shelter, where I helped care for dogs/cats of all sizes, temperaments, and medical needs. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. At home, I have three dogs, a cat, and a chinchilla, so I'm very familiar with the daily responsibilities and attention pets require. I also leased my own horse and worked at MU's equestrian center, which gave me experience with large-animal care. In addition, I've been around chickens and other farm animals. I'm responsible, attentive, and genuinely love working with animals. I'm confident and comfortable providing safe, compassionate care. I treat every animal as if they were my own and prioritize their comfort and well-being at all times.
