Hi, I'm KC. I have over 18 years of experience supporting older adults and their families through senior living, dementia care, and care navigation. I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Certified Principal Illness Navigator with experience supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's, vascular dementia, and other complex health conditions. Families appreciate my calm presence, patience, and ability to build meaningful connections. I provide companionship, caregiver respite, assistance with daily routines, and can accompany seniors to physician appointments to help ensure clear communication and understanding of care plans. My passion for this work is also personal. My mother lived with vascular and frontotemporal dementia, giving me firsthand understanding of the challenges families face. I am committed to helping seniors maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life while providing dependable support for families.
