I bring over 25 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with empathy. I honor individual preferences, encouraging dignity and independence. I follow the family's preferred communication method. I provide errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have CPR Training and First Aid Training. With a college degree, I strive to build mutual trust and respect in every care relationship, and I'm eager to bring my heartfelt experience to your family.
