I'd describe my personality as charismatic, caring, determined I like working with kids because I love helping kids learn and gain new experiences and to have better confidence in themselves and their own abilities. I'm looking for a job that has a consistent routine I started working with kids when I was 19 In my spare time, I like to do lots of arts and crafts, hiking outdoors, and working out. One thing you should know about me is that I am an RBT also known as a behavioral therapist for children on the spectrum I have worked as an RBT for two years now I also have a degree in psychology and sociology and am currently enrolled at UNLV to continue my education. My skills include finding alternative solutions, understanding the functions of maladaptive behaviors, and good communication skills.
