She is an excellent home healthcare aide. She can do the basics of any nursing home aide plus anything that you teach her to do. She is a very quick learner and retains what she is taught. She did wound care for us while talking care of my mom. I showed her what had to be done and she followed as instructed ; unsupervised. She came up with ideas on her own to stop or slow down skin break down. I felt extremely comfortable leaving her to care for my mom without me having to micro manage her. I could leave the house and know mom was in good hands. She could handle almost any situation that arose or knew enough to call me if she had any doubt. Her housekeeping skills are impeccable. She takes the initiative to see what needs to be done and does it without being told. I can't say enough good things about her other than hire her and be as impressed as I was.
