About Kaylyn

I am organized, responsible, and patient. I make sure children feel comfortable while having fun, come prepared with age-appropriate activities, value cleanliness and structure, and handle conflicts calmly while meeting children's needs. I like working with kids because of their energy, creativity, and humor. I hope to pursue a career supporting children and understanding their behavior. Babysitting and camp counseling have been meaningful experiences that support this goal. I'm looking for seasonal or part-time work during winter and summer breaks. I can work with children of all ages four or more days per week and am happy to help with homework or after-school support. I've babysat family members' children since age 10 and began working officially with kids at 14 at the camp I attended growing up. I am reliable and communicative, have my own car, arrive on time, and keep parents updated. My skills include meal prep, maintaining routines, and providing patient, supportive care.
