About Kaylynn

I am currently a private full time nanny for a set of twins 7. 5mo old! I have two years of professional nanny experience, and six years of babysitting experience. I have worked at a summer camp for two summers. I am Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certified. I am also a Safe Sleep Ambassador and trauma care trained! I have experience from 3-month-olds, all the way up to 17. Through my years of experience with babysitting and nannying I have learned how to apply a parents preferred parenting style into the way I interact with their kids, and have experience with "gentle parenting" and "heavy discipline" styles, thriving in both environments! Above all else I want the children I care for to know that they are loved, valued, and seen for who they uniquely are! I help foster and grow social, physical, and intellectual development through many activities. I encourage imaginative play, independence, and outdoor play. All while of course being interactive and loving!
