During that time, his caregiver made an incredible impact on our entire family. That experience shaped who I am today and inspired me to provide that same level of care and kindness to others. I now have over 12 years of hands-on experience in senior care, I've cared for individuals with a wide range of needs and understand how important it is to create a safe, respectful, and comforting environment. Kaylynn worked for our family for several years, primarily as an aide to our adult daughter with a physical disability who uses a power wheelchair. She helped my daughter with all daily living skills, including hygiene, dressing, meal prep, etc. She was very knowledgeable and responsible- but she was also a lot of fun! She was creative in coming up with art projects, cooking adventures, etc. Kaylynn also drove her to activities, always with a smile and a positive attitude. She was also great with our many pets. I highly recommend her for any caregiving position.
