About Kaylynn

I am 25 years old and I have 6 years of experience under my belt. I am open to working with several different kinds of parenting styles and family dynamics. I always stay consistent in providing the best care for children. I have experience with preemie babies, cloth diapers, and working with parents to support children who have behavioral challenges. I've worked with a range of ages, I've taught them to walk and talk but I've also taught kids to stay on track with school work and chores that parents have assigned! I like to occupy the kids by doing fun and engaging educational art projects or crafts/activities when possible. I really try to treat families that I work with like an extension of my own family with the same respect and care that I hope a nanny would treat them!
