Hi! I'm Kaylin, and I have over 17 years of experience caring for seniors and individuals who need additional support. I have a background as a CNA and Medication Aide and currently serve as the Director of Care Operations for a healthcare company, where I oversee caregivers, coordinate client care, manage scheduling, and help ensure seniors receive dependable, quality care. I have extensive hands-on experience with dementia and memory care, personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, and activities of daily living. I'm compassionate, patient, dependable, and attentive to each person's individual needs. Caring for others has always been more than a job to me. I believe every senior deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect, and I understand how important it is for families to have someone they can genuinely trust with their loved one.
