It's been an asset in growing communication skills for the little ones I take care of! I grew up volunteering for children's classes and church nursery, as well as babysitting for family and friends. Then I started working in a daycare and truly fell in love with childcare! I have paid experience in an established day care with children of all ages as well as in home childcare.
