About Kaylie

I'd describe my personality as caring, nurturing, friendly, and compassionate. I like working with kids because I have assisted in caring for my 3 siblings as they grew up and I love the experience it gives for the future! I would love to eventually be an elementary school teacher so childcare is a great learning experience for me. Kids are just so much fun to work with! I'm looking for a job that will keep me busy and challenge me every once in a while. I enjoy always having something to do. I also love making long term relationships with people! I started working with kids when I was a preteen. My single mother frequently needed me to step in from a young age. Since then, family and friends always count on me as a responsible babysitter and call me when they need someone! I used to work in the behavioral therapy field for children with autism then pivoted career paths when I moved to LA. I have been a full time nanny for almost 2 years!
