About Kaylie

I'd describe my personality as caring, energetic, friendly, and outgoing I like working with kids because I have assisted in caring for my 3 siblings as they grew up and I love the experience it gives for the future! I would love to eventually be an elementary school teacher so childcare is a great learning experience for me. Kids are also so much fun to work with! I'm looking for a job that will keep me busy and challenge me every once in a while. I enjoy always having something to do. I also love making relationships with people! I started working with kids when I was a preteen. My mother allowed me to take care of my siblings as she was always very busy and it taught me a lot. After that, family and friends always count on me as a responsible babysitter and call me when they need someone! I currently work in the ABA therapy field, so I have plenty experience with special needs kiddos. This is my favorite job I have ever had, so i'm excited to be doing something similar!
