About Kaylie

As the oldest of five, caring for children has always been a big part of my life. For the past three years, I've worked as a childcare attendant at the , where I continue to return whenever I'm home. Alongside this, I have babysitting experience with children from newborns to pre-teens, and I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for them. Families often describe me as patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I'm comfortable caring for groups of up to five children and enjoy engaging them in outdoor activities, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I also speak a little French and am currently a junior at Virginia Tech. I make it a priority to communicate with parents in their preferred way and to follow their lead when it comes to household rules. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help with cooking, meal prep, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I am CPR and First Aid certified and look forward to bringing my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
