About Kaylie

I provide warm, attentive childcare for children from newborn through age 12 and older, with experience supporting infants, toddlers, school-aged children, and preteens. I understand how children's needs change as they grow and focus on safety, routine, and emotional support at every stage. I also have experience caring for children with special needs, including those who benefit from additional structure, patience, and clear communication. I am comfortable following care plans, supporting routines, and adapting my approach to meet each child's individual needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified and experienced with daily routines such as feedings, naps, diapering, homework help, playtime, and bedtime. I value open communication with families and provide consistent updates while creating a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported.
