About Kaylie

I'd describe my personality as caring, silly, and empathetic I like working with kids because I grew up with little siblings who I loved taking care of! I love the little things in life, children are so precious and special! I'm looking for a job that is flexible and will work around my college schedule as a first time college student! I started working with kids when I was young. While I have not ever been paid to take care of children I always offer to help with family and friends to take some stress off of their plate by helping with little ones! One thing you should know about me is I am very understanding and I always try to be my best self. I appreciate constructive criticism and feedback to continue to grow. My skills include keeping a child entertained and engaged in activities, helping children learn and develop skills, and most importantly building a connection between myself and children. I want a child to feel safe and comfortable while in my care.
