About Kaylia

Hi. My name is Kaylia. I am a registered nurse with four years of nursing experience. I am currently interested in obtaining a postpartum care nurse role in which I come to your home or your preferred environment of choice for a duration to assess mother and infant and to ensure that both mother and infant are meeting their milestones post hospital discharge. I'd describe my personality as hospitable, approachable, and warm. I like working with mothers and babies because of the individualized care that I can provide and maintain. I'm looking for a position where a family will allow me into their personal space and feel comfortable with me. I started working with kids during some of my clinical rotations during nursing school. In my spare time, I like to write poetry. One thing you should know about me is I want you to know and trust that I will be there with you during your time of postpartum. My skills include time management, critical thinking and assessment.
