About Kayley

Hi! My name is Kayley, and I am a compassionate, dependable caregiver with professional experience supervising and caring for others in structured environments. I currently serve as a Site Coordinator with the YMCA, where I manage staff, ensure safety, and provide support to children and families. I have my associates and am CPR and First Aid certified and pride myself on being patient, organized, and dependable. As I prepare to begin my Bachelor's in Social Work this fall, I'm looking to expand my caregiving experience by working with older adults. I genuinely enjoy building meaningful relationships, helping others maintain their independence, and providing companionship and dependable support. Whether it's assistance with daily routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, or simply being someone to talk to, I strive to make every person feel respected, safe, and cared for.
