About Kayley

Hi! I'm Kayley, an experienced childcare provider and current Site Coordinator, where I manage programs, staff, and daily activities for school-age children. I've worked with kids from kindergarten through middle school and have a strong background in supervision, behavior management, and creating safe, engaging environments. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid and hold an Early Childhood Education certification, with additional training in child safety and development. As I prepare to begin my Bachelor's in Social Work, I'm transitioning into in-home childcare to build more one-on-one experience with children and families.
