About Kaylen

Hello! My name is Kaylen, and I have 7 years of experience working with children through work, babysitting, nannying, youth volunteering and of course my own younger siblings. I love creating a warm, fun and safe environment where everyone feels supported and excited. I've worked with families long term and have experience in helping with meals, creating focused activity, homework help and transportation. I previously worked as a Swim Lesson Instructor and Coordinator for the University of Iowa, managing lessons for over 100 kids a week. Due to this, I'm trained and certified in Red Cross Safety standards, such as CPR and First-Aid. I would love to get to know your family and see how I can support your childcare needs.
