About Kaylen

I have a passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. My dream one day is to have many kids of my own. My experience of taking care of my younger 11 cousins (0-15), and plenty of as-needed experience outside my own family has taught me the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I believe in fostering a child's natural curiosity and creativity through play and exploration. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I have a formal and reserved approach to caregiving. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and will keep you updated on your child's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and prefer to communicate verbally at pickup or through the parents' preferred method of communication. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
