Hello, my name is Kaylen. I am a dedicated and compassionate college student at Norfolk State University, currently a junior majoring in Healthcare Management. My background in housekeeping and working with children makes me well-suited to provide thoughtful, high-quality care. I have experience working as a teacher's assistant with children who have behavioral challenges, which has helped me develop patience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
