About Kaylee

Enthusiastic and compassionate 20-year-old childcare provider with hands-on experience working with children in a school environment. Recently employed with the Right At School Program at Nelson Elementary and certified in CPR/First Aid. Licensed by the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF). Eager to utilize my skills in early childhood education and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children. I have six months of experience working as the Lead Teacher at a daycare, where I was responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting children's developmental needs. I am currently enrolled at Pierce College, working toward my degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), further strengthening my knowledge and skills in child development and classroom management.
