About Kaylee

Hi! My name is Kaylee and I'm an 18-year-old college student majoring in Elementary Education. I've always loved working with kids and have several years of experience babysitting and nannying. I also spent over two years working at a swimming pool that offered swim classes, which gave me great experience helping children learn, play safely, and gain confidence in new skills. As the oldest of seven, with the youngest being 2 years old I've grown up caring for younger children and understand the importance of patience, empathy, and consistency. I make it a priority to respect each family's individual parenting style while keeping children engaged, safe, and happy. I love building meaningful connections with the kids I care for and helping them learn and grow in fun, positive ways. I am very passionate about childcare, and have had experience with infants all the way up to teenage years!
