About Kaylee

Hi there, my name is Kaylee and I have over 7 years of childcare experience. I have worked with children of all ages up to 11 years old, and volunteered assisting children with special needs for over 8 years. My care approach is gentle and flexible to your child's needs and parenting style. I will adapt to your schedule and will provide direct and consistent communication throughout our time working together. I pride myself in responsibility, safety and overall love for babies and children. I love fostering a supportive and enriching environment to develop independence, play and personal expression. I hope to offer a secure attachment style to your baby through one on one attention and attuned care. I'm looking for a full-time position as I am taking a few gap years after graduating from East Carolina University with a B. S. in Neuroscience and Psychology.
