I'm looking for a commitment starting in August of 2025 30-40 hours. I have been a childcare development consultant since 2002. My career includes working as a Teacher, Behavior Therapist, Nanny, and Household Manager. I hold a bachelor's degree in Communication and English. I value open communication with my families. I foster a peaceful, structured environment through consistent routines and dedicated sleep schedules. I support early development by encouraging language growth through ASL, Spanish, and daily reading. My approach is grounded in data-informed behavioral principles that promote both emotional well-being and educational growth. I help children build independence, confidence, and curiosity, while developing practical life skills and strong communication.
