About Kaylee

Fostering a child's growth and development is a genuine passion of mine, and I feel incredibly grateful to do work that allows me to make a positive impact in children's lives. I have several years of childcare experience, including working as a full-time nanny and most recently as a behavioral specialist, supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs. My experience has given me a strong understanding of child development, positive behavior support, and the importance of creating a safe, patient and encouraging environment. I have experienced caring for children ages 0-11 and enjoy adapting my approach to each child's individual personality interest and needs. I am naturally warm, creative, and hands-on! I am comfortable maintaining routines, following household expectations, and providing consistent communication so parents feel confident while they're away.
