About Kaylee

I'd describe myself as a very hard working and dedicated individual. I enjoy being in a role where I can provide compassionate and individualized care. My love for the senior population began with my loving relationship with my grandparents. I like caring for seniors because I have so much respect and appreciation for the elderly. Each individual has such a unique and special life story and the wisdom that they hold is priceless. I started caring for seniors in March 2020 as a Resident Dining Aide while I was a junior in high school in Lancaster, PA. In May 2022, I began working as a Personal Care Aide and was in this role until February 2025. In February 2024, I was certified to work as a MedTech in personal care as well. I just recently began working as a Therapeutic Recreation Associate at the same nursing home. In my spare time, I love to be outdoors, go on walks/hikes, read, and spend time with family & friends.
