About Kaylee

I've been a nanny for almost 15 years now, with experience of 8 different families-all ranging from 1-9 children (ages premature newborn to 13 years). I've somehow managed at least one set of twins per family in all of my experience, and I absolutely love it! I have had experience with special needs/ medical needs children as well as I am CPR and First Aid certified. I also have experience in educational development of infants/toddlers. All qualifications aside, I have been nannying for as long as I have because I absolutely adore kids. I'm an artist, so I love getting crafty, and I love the outdoors. I'm a firm believer that it's better (and more fun) to put the distractions away and really get to know the kids through interaction. It helps build trust, understanding of obedience, and it especially helps just being able to build a friendship. That's where the fun starts! I'm also really big on communication. You will always know what we're doing, and I'll even send cute pictures! (:
